Customer Service Policies
The WHOLESALE HAIR VENDOR shipping department is able to ship to street addresses and PO boxes within the United States and Internationally. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.
Order Processing Times: Hair Extensions and bundles are in stock at the time of purchase. Hair extensions and bundles can expect to be delivered within 7 business days. Many of our wigs and pieces are semi-custom meaning that they are made after the order has been placed. You can expect your wig to reach you within 10 business days.
All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service priority mail and with signature confirmation. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center. We are unable to ship any packages without signature confirmation.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii: can require an additional 2 – 3 day delivery time.
International orders can require a minimum 30 business days delivery time.
Incorrect Shipping Information – if a package is returned to WHOLESALE HAIR VENDOR due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. WHOLESALE HAIR VENDOR is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
Lost Or Stolen Packages – WHOLESALE HAIR VENDOR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, WHOLESALE HAIR VENDOR will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
Items Not In Stock: We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. In rare occasions, due to popularity and high demand for our products and limited availability of ingredients, products may be on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of an order, we will send out all available items and place the remainder as a back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you.
We take great pride in the quality of all hair that we send to our customers. Bundles, frontals, closures and wigs go through our intense quality control process to ensure that you receive the absolute best hair.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you make return your package to our company for a full refund, less shipping costs within 30 days of receipt.
The returned hair must be unused. All labels and zip ties must still be attached. If the hair has been altered in any way (washed, bleached, colored, cut, installed, etc) we are unable to process the refund. If you receive a frontal, closure or lacefront wig, the lace can't be altered or cut. If it is altered or cut, we are unable to process the refund.
Once the hair has been returned to our company and inspected, a refund will be processed less actual shipping costs (although we don't charge you for shipping, there is still a fee that we must pay to ship items to you).
